The Solution
We built a custom WooCommerce subscription platform from the ground up. Customers choose their plan, customize their cuts, and select delivery windows. Behind the scenes, a custom delivery management system organizes orders by zone, assigns drivers, and sends automated SMS updates at every stage. The subscription engine handles recurring billing, pause/skip functionality, and plan upgrades. A referral program and loyalty rewards turned satisfied customers into brand ambassadors.
