Terms of Service | Pantelin Creative Design

1. Services

Pantelin Creative Design provides web development, digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, branding, automation, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals before work begins.

2. Client Portal (Beacon)

Clients receive access to the Beacon portal for real-time project tracking, performance reporting, and communication. Portal accounts are provided for the duration of the active service agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typical terms include a deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion or in agreed milestones. Late payments may result in work being paused until the balance is settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-built deliverables (websites, designs, copy) are transferred to the client. Third-party assets (stock photos, plugins, themes) remain subject to their respective licenses. Pantelin Creative Design retains the right to showcase completed work in the portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at the agreed hourly rate.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Ongoing services (maintenance, ad management) can be cancelled at the end of any billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pantelin Creative Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
