The Challenge
Draskovic Invest builds premium residential properties in Belgrade, but selling off-plan apartments requires buyer trust. Potential buyers needed to see construction progress, examine apartment specifications, and verify the developer's partnerships with established brands. Without a professional digital presence, the sales team was relying entirely on in-person visits and word of mouth.

Property Strategy
Analyzed how buyers research new-build apartments online. Designed user flows from property discovery to inquiry submission.
Visual Design
Created a premium design featuring property sliders, floor plan displays, and a partner logo showcase (Alumil, Baumit, OTP Bank) that builds instant credibility.
Development
Built with WordPress and Elementor: property listing pages with apartment specs, photo galleries, construction timeline, and AJAX contact forms.
Ongoing Management
Multi-year maintenance partnership: regular content updates, new property additions, construction progress photos, and performance monitoring.
The Solution

The construction updates section shows real progress photos, building trust with off-plan buyers. The ongoing maintenance partnership means the site always reflects the latest project status.
