One system. Four artists. Five blogs a week. Zero manual effort.

01

The Challenge

Four international artists needed consistent, high-quality blog content to drive organic traffic to their gallery websites. Manual content creation was expensive and inconsistent. Each artist had unique brand guidelines, cultural sensitivities, and SEO targets across different art niches (Judaica, abstract, palette knife, mixed media).

02

The Process

01

System Architecture

Designed a scalable n8n automation framework with separate keyword research and blog writing workflows for each artist.

02

Brand-Specific AI Training

Created detailed brand books and writing rules for each artist, ensuring AI-generated content matches their unique voice and cultural context.

03

Workflow Development

Built 10 n8n workflows: 5 keyword research (3x/week each) and 5 blog writers with Google Sheets tracking, Google Docs drafting, and WordPress auto-publishing.

04

Quality & Monitoring

Implemented automated quality checks, content calendars, and performance tracking. Each blog averages 3,500 words with proper SEO structure.

The Solution

n8n AutomationSEOAI ContentWordPress

We engineered a complete content automation pipeline using n8n. The system runs keyword research 3x/week per artist using SerpAPI, identifies high-opportunity topics, generates 3,500-word SEO-optimized articles through OpenAI, drafts them in Google Docs for review, and auto-publishes to WordPress. Each artist has custom brand rules: Chaya Koritz requires "G-d" spelling and specific cultural guidelines, Golda Koosh focuses on Russian-Israeli narrative, Michal Shmuel emphasizes Moroccan-Israeli heritage, and Sergei Moskalev highlights his UNESCO membership and palette knife technique.
